Medical Weight Management
A provider-led plan: an evaluation, lab work if needed, and the treatment that’s right for you, chosen with your provider.
Tell us about your health, history and goals. A provider licensed in your state reviews them, orders lab work if needed, and goes over the options with you: FDA-approved injections or tablets, or, when you need a dose or combination that isn’t commercially available, a compounded injection or capsule. It starts with a $65 visit.

Your provider reviews your answers and prescribes only if it’s right for you.
Our partner pharmacy, Lexington Compounding Pharmacy, fills your prescription and ships it in plain packaging.
If your provider decides medication is right for you, they may prescribe an FDA-approved medication, such as a GLP-1, which they send to LillyDirect, NovoCare Pharmacy or your own pharmacy, or, when you need a dose or combination that isn’t commercially available, a compounded option from StackRx. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved; the FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Visits are $65 to start, then $45 for each follow-up or dose change. Medicine is separate: FDA-approved medicines are paid to LillyDirect or NovoCare Pharmacy, the makers’ own pharmacies, or through your insurance at your pharmacy. Compounded options are paid to StackRx. StackRx isn’t affiliated with Eli Lilly or Novo Nordisk.
Sometimes. Your provider may ask for blood work, such as blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid and kidney function, before prescribing. StackRx Labs members already have most of it.
No. FDA-approved weight medicines are for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight-related condition, and some health conditions rule them out. Your provider decides what’s right for you.
