Two lab draws a year
A full baseline panel, then a recheck 6 months later to see what moved. Drawn at a Quest near you.
Lab work at Quest twice a year, a US-licensed provider who reviews every result with you, and member pricing on treatment. For women and men.
Numbers on their own don’t change much. Each membership pairs your lab work with a provider who explains it, a plan for what to do next, and the screenings you’re due for.

A US-licensed provider reads your results, writes your plan and answers your questions, with a video visit when you need one.
The screenings you’re due for, by age and history: blood pressure, colon cancer screening from 45, mammograms from 40, cervical screening and vaccines.
If your results point to treatment and your provider prescribes it, members pay 15% less on StackRx treatments, for as long as you’re a member.
The markers that say the most about your heart, metabolism, organs and hormones, and that you can do something about.
Most markers are checked at every draw. A few only need a yearly or one-time look, and they’re marked.

ApoB counts the particles that can build plaque in your arteries. Lp(a) is inherited, so one test is enough.
A1c shows your average blood sugar over about 3 months. Rising insulin can show up years before blood sugar does.
hs-CRP is a sensitive measure of low-grade inflammation, used alongside cholesterol to judge heart risk.
The metabolic panel shows how well your kidneys filter and how your liver is doing. Early kidney damage often shows in urine first.
The blood count screens for anemia and infection, and ferritin shows your iron stores.
For women, where you are in your cycle, perimenopause or menopause. For men, testosterone and the tests needed before treatments like enclomiphene, with PSA from 40 after a talk with your provider.
Thyroid problems are common and easy to miss. B12 matters most on metformin, as you age, or on a plant-based diet.
Federal preventive guidelines recommend testing most adults for HIV and hepatitis C at least once, even without symptoms.
Every marker shows your number, the lab’s standard range and your provider’s target, with the trend since your last draw. Your provider adds a written plan, and everything stays in your portal.
Real progress since January: ApoB and LDL are both down by about a fifth, and A1c is back under 5.7. hs-CRP is lower but still borderline; let’s look at it again in 6 months.
No insurance, no referrals, and no waiting room beyond a short lab visit.
A short health history, about five minutes. We check your state and set up your first lab order.
Book a morning appointment near you and come after an overnight fast. The draw takes a few minutes.
Results land in your portal, and your provider reviews them and writes your plan.
A second draw shows what moved, and your provider updates your plan.
A new baseline and your year in review. Stay as long as it helps.
Pay monthly or yearly. Your lab tests are billed at the lab’s price with no markup, and every receipt shows them on their own line.
$29a month
plus $49 when you join, for your first lab draw. Or $299 a year.
Prices are preliminary. The membership covers lab tests and provider review; medicines are extra, and a provider prescribes them only if they’re right for you. The membership isn’t insurance, and it doesn’t replace your primary care doctor. Available in 13 states.
Your membership labs already include the bloodwork these treatments need, so your provider can decide without a second draw.
No. The membership is cash pay, and a StackRx provider orders your labs, so you don’t need a referral from another doctor.
The lab’s standard range shows what’s typical for most people. Your provider also sets a target for some markers, based on the research and your own history, because typical isn’t always ideal. Both show on every result.
Yes, for most draws. Blood sugar, insulin and triglycerides read best after 8 to 12 hours without food; water is fine. A morning appointment makes it easy, and it’s also when testosterone is usually measured.
Your provider explains it in your plan and tells you what to do next. If a result needs attention soon, your care team contacts you directly. For some results, your provider may recommend you see your own doctor or a specialist in person.
No. It adds regular lab work and a provider who looks at the trends. You can download your results and share them with your own doctor anytime.
Cancel before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Your 6-month recheck is ordered only while your membership is active, and results from any draw you’ve had are always yours.
We’ll try again over the next few days and let you know so you can update your card. Your next lab order and member pricing wait until your membership is up to date.
